What I'm looking for

I seek a role that leverages my claims expertise and growing data science skills, with collaborative culture, opportunities to apply Python/analytics to claims operations, and pathways to advance into analytic or leadership roles.

I am a Claims Adjuster who manages policy claims for rentals, homeowners and personal articles, conducting claims investigation and evaluation, writing estimates, processing inventory lists, and making coverage decisions and denials. I am a licensed claims adjuster for most states and routinely coordinate resolutions with stakeholders, regulators and the Department of Insurance.

I am pursuing an Undergraduate Certification in Data Science at Champlain College, gaining foundational skills in Python, statistics, and data analysis to bring more analytical rigor to claims and customer resolution. I combine strong customer service, negotiation and regulatory compliance experience with growing data skills to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
