I've led strategic HR staffing, classification, project management, and workforce planning across Employment and Social Development Canada, the Department of National Defence, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and the National Research Council Canada.
In senior analyst and client services leadership roles, I manage staffing teams, executive files, reporting, reorganization planning, and service improvements. I've supported senior leaders with workforce analysis, dashboards, briefing materials, staffing strategies, and organizational design alignments.
During Health Canada's COVID-19 response, I coordinated surge-capacity operations, briefed ADM- and DM-level executives, and led recruiters and coordinators alongside the Canadian Red Cross to deploy health professionals to long-term care homes in Ontario and Quebec.
I've also delivered HR planning, succession planning, talent management, staffing policy advice, systems implementation, pay and benefits administration, and team coaching. I'm fully bilingual in English and French and hold a valid Secret clearance.
