I’m looking for a role where I can lead operations, strengthen compliance and documentation/QA, and partner with teams and vendors to improve processes—bringing calm, accountable leadership and a strong focus on dependable outcomes.

I’m a results-driven operations and compliance professional recognized for improving processes, leading teams, and maintaining regulatory compliance in fast-paced environments. My background spans customer relations, documentation and QA, vendor management, and team supervision across education, childcare, banking, and military service.

As the Founder & Operations Manager at Sincerely Caroline's Care Center, I managed a childcare center with 20 full-time employees, overseeing payroll, scheduling, licensing, and compliance until permanent closure during pandemic-related challenges. I also led community-focused operations as a Community Events & Vendor Relations Coordinator, coordinating pop-up markets and managing vendor relationships, logistics, scheduling, and event operations.

In my current Paraprofessional role with the Vernon Parish School Board, I support students and teachers across multiple middle school classrooms while maintaining documentation and collaborating with staff to promote student success. I bring a mission-focused, accountable leadership style from serving as a Firefighter / Emergency Communications / Squad Leader in the United States Air Force, where I supervised 30+ personnel and managed multi-agency emergency response communications.
