What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead end-to-end supply chain and international customer programs—strengthening supplier partnerships, accelerating product development and delivery, and growing key accounts across global markets.

I’m a supply chain and commercial professional with 15+ years of international experience across sourcing, manufacturing, product development, logistics, and business development. I manage end-to-end operations with strong supplier relationships, aligning execution with commercial objectives to drive delivery performance and growth across Europe, North America, and Asia.

In my recent role as International Sales Director, I transitioned key U.S. accounts from indirect ordering to a direct manufacturer relationship, and led customer programs from quotation through development, manufacturing, and delivery—coordinating sourcing, production, quality, and logistics. Previously, I improved cash flow by securing Net 60 terms, managed sourcing across Taiwan and China, led factory audits and supplier evaluations, and contributed to 33% YoY revenue growth at JS Polarizers. I also build continuous improvement into operations, including Value Stream Mapping and demand planning, so teams can deliver reliably while balancing capacity and lead times.
