At Portastand Inc., I owned end-to-end procurement for 20+ new-product projects, from requirements and part selection through sampling and first mass production. I drove RMB 3M+ in BOM cost savings and raised on-time delivery from about 85% to more than 95%.

I developed 30+ qualified suppliers and established dual sourcing for 40+ critical components. I also secured long-lead-time materials ahead of schedule and closed 300+ procurement exceptions without major delivery delays attributable to procurement.

At MoMu Tech, I drove 30 projects from solution confirmation through go-live and acceptance, achieving a 100% client acceptance rate. I authored delivery playbooks adopted by 98% of partners and built training attended by more than 1,000 participants.
