I am an entrepreneurial leader with over a decade of experience in business strategy and operations. My career has been marked by a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive operational excellence. I thrive in dynamic environments and am particularly excited about the potential of generative AI to transform industries.

In my most recent role as Director at Accelit Monaco, I successfully defined and led a €3M smart mobility program, launching Monapass, a unique SaaS platform that integrated multiple local services and achieved over 35,000 users. My previous experience includes advising C-level executives on strategic growth opportunities and delivering significant transformation programs that resulted in substantial cost savings.

As a co-founder of IDBoats, I built an industry-first B2B SaaS platform for the boating sector, securing pre-seed funding and leading a cross-functional team to scale the platform. My educational background includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Materials Science from École Polytechnique, which has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
