I'm looking to partner with teams on product strategy, design, and AI enablement, turning ambiguous customer and organizational problems into scalable products and systems.

I've led product strategy and design across Enterpret, Infinyte Club, Even Healthcare, Vedantu, Atlassian, MakeMyTrip, and [24]7.ai. Most recently, I advised early-stage teams on product strategy, design, and AI enablement, following work launching Enterpret's Sales Intelligence vertical from zero.

At Infinyte Club, I directed Mutual Fund Jam, driving 40% higher engagement and 78% referral, and led eight investment-product launches across Private Equity, Mutual Funds, Private Markets, and Stock Baskets. I also built and mentored a four-person design team while shaping consumer wealth, operations, and ESOP SaaS products.

I've delivered high-stakes, complex product work: an insurance-plan migration at Even Healthcare that achieved roughly 80% conversion in one design sprint, spam controls at Vedantu that reduced chat spam by 50%, and enterprise contact-center redesigns at [24]7.ai that reduced Average Handle Time by 7%.
