I'm looking to lead and ship scalable product experiences across AI, healthcare, and B2B SaaS, combining design systems, measurable retention improvements, and cross-functional roadmap execution.

I've rebuilt products and design systems for Linkeye, Careerflow.ai, Recovry.ai, and Google X-incubated NextSense. My work spans AI, healthcare, cybersecurity, fintech, and B2B SaaS.

At Careerflow.ai, I resolved UX issues across activation surfaces, improving Week 1 retention by approximately 37%. I also shipped two AI-backed B2C features that helped stabilize Week 8+ retention at roughly 15–16%.
