What I'm looking for

I'm looking to own complex B2B SaaS or AI product problems end to end, work directly with customers, use research to shape what gets built, and build practical workflows that people can use without training.

I've led end-to-end design for B2B SaaS and AI products at ValueLabs, Acuity Knowledge Partners, and Fractal Ink Design Studio, taking complex workflows from customer discovery through launch and iteration.

For Acuity's Agent Fleet, I built a 0-to-1 agentic AI platform that reduced specialist workflows from hours to minutes. I shaped structured, intent-driven flows instead of an open chat interface and designed source attribution, confidence states, audit trails, and human review across 2M+ sources.

On FolioSure, I owned the CLO module and helped drive a 2x increase in client onboarding. I also redesigned AI-powered data ingestion, cutting ingestion time by 30% and collection friction by 25%.

I use Figma, Claude Code, Cursor, and working prototypes to validate ideas early, while building design systems, running critiques, and mentoring designers. I enjoy making data-heavy products usable without training and challenging scope with evidence from customers.
