What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service role where I can use phone, email, and WhatsApp support skills to provide clear, empathetic assistance, manage follow-ups, and continue learning new tools and workflows.

At Elevate Now, I support customers in the CGM team through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp. I handle queries, follow-ups, scheduling, rescheduling, and session-related concerns with clear, professional communication.

I send Google Meet invitations, coordinate slot changes, maintain accurate customer records, and guide customers through CGM activation. I also conduct follow-ups to encourage webinar participation and successful activation.

I'm a BBA graduate who brings patience, empathy, active listening, attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach to multichannel customer support. I'm comfortable learning new tools and workflows while working independently and with a team.
