I’m looking for a remote customer support role where good communication and careful follow-up help customers get quick, clear answers. I’m available for full-time work and flexible with international team hours.

As a Customer Service Coordinator, I handle customer inquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and messaging platforms, responding promptly and helping customers work through concerns step by step.

I manage bookings, cancellations and schedule changes while keeping accurate records. I also pass updates between customers and internal teams and prioritize urgent requests.
