At Mahindra Finance, I drive strategic programs spanning digital lending, operational transformation, and aggregator partnerships. My work has contributed to platform scale-up, market expansion, and growth initiatives across the BFSI sector.

I developed the scale-up strategy for a multi-lender digital lending platform, generating ₹55+ Cr in annual loan value, ₹10 Cr in incremental revenue, and a 1.1 percentage-point market-share increase. I also led market sizing, business-case evaluation, partner feasibility assessments, and nationwide rollout planning across 2,300+ employees and 65+ dealerships.

I translate workflow and operational data into practical changes, reducing lending turnaround time by 96%, manual intervention by 90%, and payment transaction failures by 97%. I also analyzed 4,400 monthly FD transactions worth ₹380 Cr to help reduce booking turnaround time from T+8 to T+2.

Alongside transformation work, I have led partnership strategy that delivered ₹61 Cr in incremental income and improved lead-to-disbursal conversion by 20%. Earlier at Taskmo, I researched 150+ FinTech startups and managed operations for 300+ gig workers supporting Amazon merchant onboarding.
