I’m an entry-level IT Support professional with 1 year of experience troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft products in high-volume support environments. I focus on technical diagnostics and fast customer issue resolution while protecting CSAT and SLA standards.

In my current role as a Technical Support Executive at Teleperformance, I resolve 24–27 technical incidents daily, maintaining a 95%+ resolution rate and 4.7–4.9/5 CSAT scores. I assist with Windows OS problems, Microsoft application support, account access connectivity, and device configuration.

I’m also strengthening my foundation in Active directory and Microsoft 365 administrator tasks through hands-on learning. My goal is to grow into deeper IT infrastructure support by working with enterprise technologies confidently and consistently.
