I've built end-to-end analytics projects using SQL, Python, MySQL, Power BI, and Generative AI, including a live Text-to-SQL assistant that converts natural-language business questions into SQL queries.

For HR attrition analysis, I analyzed 1,470 IBM HR records and identified a 16.12% overall attrition rate, including significantly higher attrition among low-income employees and Sales Representatives. I translated these findings into an interactive Power BI dashboard with DAX measures, KPI cards, and dynamic slicers for targeted retention decisions.

I've also automated stock-market data pipelines, built e-commerce sales reporting across five Indian cities, and modeled a seven-table food delivery and ride-sharing database for RFM, cohort, and retention analysis.

Before transitioning into data analytics, I managed insurance investigations at Bullet Healthcare and supported automotive assembly at IAC. I bring practical experience in data validation, process discipline, cross-functional communication, and turning operational information into reliable reporting.
