I’m motivated by work that helps mission-driven organizations run better.

At Phi Delta Kappa International, I support the association’s re:Members (Impexium) AMS/CRM, LMS, and website platforms, coordinating vendor support and changes across departments. I also led an assessment platform implementation from development through launch, defining requirements with the vendor partner and overseeing maintenance, user support, and program evaluation.

I manage workflows connecting CRM, LMS, website, registration, communications, and data platforms. I’ve also built operational infrastructure for recurring work, including SOPs, project timelines, request processes, and event forms.

At Educators Rising New México at New México State University, I led digital platform implementation and adoption, including website migrations, content management systems, and cloud-based databases. I developed technical documentation and delivered staff training to support consistent system use.

During the March 2020 national shutdown, I led the rapid transition of a statewide conference serving more than 30 chapters and 600+ participants from in-person to virtual. I also tracked participation and performance data; member engagement initiatives increased student participation by 64% and chapter involvement by 20%.
