I’m looking to partner with leadership to deliver compliant, scalable people operations—owning payroll/EOS governance and HRMS transformation—while strengthening employee relations, audit readiness, and retention in fast-growing organizations.

I’m a Senior HR leader with 8+ years of experience driving HR operations, payroll governance, HRMS transformation, and compliance across Healthcare, Consulting, Pharmaceutical, and IT sectors in the UAE and India. I serve as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, delivering compliant and scalable HR frameworks aligned with organizational growth.

In my current People Operations Specialist role, I lead end-to-end payroll operations for fulltimers and freelancers across UAE, KSA, and Egypt, and I own EOS governance including gratuity calculations, settlements, and exit management. I also designed and implemented 20+ HR policies and a comprehensive HR handbook, led HR digitalization from vendor evaluation through UAT and go-live, developed a Performance Management System with the in-house IT team, and implemented employee retention strategies to reduce attrition and improve workforce stability.
