I’m an HR & Administration Specialist with 10+ years of cross-functional experience, including 4 years in the UAE industrial sector. I focus on building end-to-end HR operations that employees feel, and leadership can trust—especially when compliance, payroll accuracy, and service quality must hold up at scale.

In my current role, I coordinate HR and administration for 450+ employees across multiple business units. I act as the primary point of contact for MOHRE and ICA portals, ensuring group visas, labor contracts, and trade-license compliance with UAE Labour Law, while managing end-to-end payroll processing through WPS to maintain 100% accuracy in salary disbursement and attendance tracking.

I also strengthen the employee experience through structured reporting on employee welfare, insurance renewals, and weekly bank positions for senior management. Earlier, as the founder/entrepreneur of an ICT hub, I led operations for 8 years, delivered 100+ high-impact G2C services with strict SLAs and zero backlog, and managed secure biometric systems and IT infrastructure—work that continues to shape how I use data, process discipline, and operational rigor in HR.
