I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can support teams, resolve complaints quickly, and strengthen business relationships—using scheduling, administrative accuracy, and sales/product knowledge to help customers and drive company success.

I’m a PCO Recall and Survey Advisor who thrives on customer satisfaction, clear communication, and dependable follow-through. I schedule appointments, provide administrative support (including typing emails and filing documents), and keep confidentiality with customer information while collaborating with cross-functional teams and dealerships to meet all requirements.

Alongside remote advising, I bring retail and sales experience from roles including Millwork Sales Specialist, Lumber Sales Associate, and Head Cashier. I’ve developed templates for complex millwork shapes using computer-aided design software, analyzed job orders to determine material needs and labor costs, prepared bills of lading/work orders/shipping orders with Order Up, and consistently supported customers with strong telephone etiquette, complaint resolution, and product knowledge.
