I’m a dedicated, quick learning retail professional focused on providing ultimate service. I bring a strong record of greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving complaints while keeping my workspace clean and organized. I’m also extremely open to learning about new opportunities and practices.

In my recent role at Lowe’s Home Improvement, I worked as a Front End Cashier/Online Order Picker, handling payments by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits. I also received orders, collected items, staged orders for pickup, and offered customers carry-out service at the completion of transactions. While at this position, I’ve earned Service Star Award and Bronze Credit Star for excellent customer service and going above and beyond.

Previously at Dollar Tree as a Sales Representative, I signed up 25+ customers for the Lowe’s Credit card, operated the cash register for cash/credit/debit payments, and helped with truck shipments by unloading and organizing the stock room.

I’m motivated by leadership, attention to detail, and keeping everything organized and in an orderly fashion.
