I led a payment-processing overhaul, launched a company-wide 401(k) plan, and partnered on reporting that reduced collections-team start time by 20 minutes daily.

Across CarPay, Speed Leasing, Chrome Capital Group, and Naples Bay Yacht Stowage, I've built policies, procedures, departments, and teams that improve efficiency and customer experience. At Naples Bay Yacht Stowage, I increased outside-services revenue by 100% in four months.

I've managed full employee lifecycles, operational budgets, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, collections, funding, and strategic projects. At Chrome Capital Group, I developed a Titling Trust and completed the re-titling of more than 4,000 vehicle titles ahead of deadline.
