What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer support & operations role focused on US healthcare claims, escalations, and compliance, with SLA-driven service quality and room for process improvement in a fast-paced international team.

I’m a customer support & operations professional with 8+ years of experience across healthcare, telecom, and financial services. I handle US and UAE-based customer operations through voice, chat, and email, with a strong focus on customer issue resolution and escalation handling.

In US healthcare claims operations, I supported UnitedHealth Group (UHG) processes and delivered Medicaid/Medicare support through claims investigation, CPT & ICD-10 coding accuracy, and resolution of denials. I maintain HIPAA compliance and drive quality through documentation and data accuracy.

I’ve also worked in blended customer support and collections, assisting customers with account resolution, payment support, and professionally negotiated payment solutions. Throughout, I emphasize FDCPA compliance and customer-focused service recovery.

With experience in fast-paced, SLA-driven environments and tools like CRM platforms and ticketing/claims systems, I’m energized by process improvement and operational support that increases customer satisfaction. Most recently, my Operations Customer Expert role for UHG concluded after an operational restructuring/process ramp-down.
