I've spent 12+ years resolving customer, claims, and technical escalations across Cognizant, DU Telecom, and Gulf Healthcare International. My work spans telecom, healthcare, insurance, and high-dependency operations where turnaround time, accuracy, and clear stakeholder communication matter.

At Cognizant, I supported the TJX command center by driving store-level technical escalations involving faulty registers and payment gateway mismatches. I also investigated healthcare claims exceptions, data mismatches, and defects, using ServiceNow, Jira, Snowflake, SQL, Selenium, and Postman to support resolution.

Previously, I managed Enterprise Fixed and Mobile service for large DU Telecom accounts, led client governance meetings, trained vendors and clients, and served onsite in Egypt to certify agents, supervisors, and team leaders.

I've also led a 10-agent healthcare call center and acted as team leader for a 15-member Cognizant team. I bring a customer-first approach, strong ownership, and a practical focus on dashboards, audits, process improvement, and scalable operations.
