I'm currently an undergraduate at Cairo University’s Faculty of Engineering, driven by a long-standing interest in electrical components, modern technology, and learning new languages.

At Pons Communications in Cairo, I interpret Bengali and English simultaneously for real-time emergency, medical, social, legal, and security-agency calls.

I previously managed customer experience work by setting team goals, influencing teammates, and monitoring progress. As a Senior Customer Service Representative at Outsource Giant, I handled complaints, resolved customer issues, maintained interaction records, and followed service procedures.

I'm motivated by new challenges, different cultures, and opportunities to keep learning. I bring confident written and verbal communication, active listening, and technical foundations in programming, databases, and design tools.
