I'm currently an Interpreter at LanguageLine Solutions in Cairo, building on a customer-facing career across language services, consulting, and sales development.
Before joining LanguageLine Solutions, I worked as a Customer Service Consultant at TP from November 2023 to December 2025.
I've also supported customers as a Customer Service Representative at VODAFONE UK LIMITED and TP, both in Cairo.
Earlier, I worked as a Business Development Representative at Ultatel. My education includes Chinese Language and Literature at Al-Azhar University and a 2026 Diploma of Project Management from ESLSCA University.
