At MedBridge Academy, I’m completing Medical Virtual Assistant training and practicing patient intake, registration, and appointment scheduling through simulated healthcare scenarios.

I’ve practiced EHR/EMR workflows in TherapyNotes, including patient records, portal management, intake forms, and SOAP, BIRP, and DAP documentation. My training also covers insurance eligibility verification, prior authorization, referral processing, and telehealth support.

As the owner of Faves Accessories, I responded to customer inquiries and coordinated orders and payments. I also maintained accurate customer and transaction records with discretion. I’m seeking a remote Medical VA role supporting a healthcare team.
