I’m a HIPAA-certified medical virtual assistant skilled in patient care coordination, medical documentation, telehealth support, and EMR/EHR systems. I help healthcare providers, clinics, and telehealth practices streamline administrative workflows, improve patient experiences, and keep medical records accurate.

In my work, I manage insurance verification, prior authorisation, and eligibility status, while supporting medical transcription and coding. I’m also comfortable with medical scribbing and SOAP documentation, so clinical information stays organized and ready for follow-through.
