As PMO on an enterprise transformation program, I supported executive governance and delivery coordination. I led an EMEA process initiative that improved R2P invoice process efficiency 2.3x after analyzing more than 90,000 invoice exceptions.
Earlier, I managed international sales and business development at Jubilant Pharmova Ltd. and Saurav Chemicals Ltd., growing commercial accounts across Europe, Turkey and the EU. At Biocon Ltd., I supported Salesforce CRM implementation and testing, and helped secure CIS market entry through product registrations and agreements.
