I'm looking to contribute my customer support, sales, lead qualification, and team-coaching experience in a fast-paced BPO or remote environment where I can resolve complex customer needs, meet KPIs, and help teams succeed.

I've supported healthcare programs at GoHealth360 by qualifying outbound leads, converting customers, and assessing SSDI eligibility for referrals to partner law firms and pharmacies.
