Max Kaplan

I am a first-generation college student studying Information Technology at the University of Central Florida, actively building hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and PC assembly. I hold CompTIA ITF+ certification and am working toward CompTIA Network+ and CompTIA A+ while completing my bachelor's degree.

In my current role as a Quality Inspector I inspect incoming electrical components, collaborate with purchasing to resolve part inaccuracies, and drive continuous improvement to reduce defect rates. I have been trained in solder-quality inspection and inventory engineering practices to prevent cross-pollination of customer-specific part numbers.

Previously I managed high-volume beverage operations as a bartender where I maintained inventory, delivered consistent service under pressure, and collaborated with kitchen staff to improve guest experience. I build PCs in my free time (two Intel-based, three AMD-based) and have a background in quality assurance, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
