What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning my operational and advisory expertise into a Business Manager / Chief of Staff capacity, bringing planning rigor, executive experience, and cross-functional execution skills.

At UBS Group AG, I partner with Group Functions executives to align business priorities with planning, messaging, and organizational cadence. I prepare briefings and recommendations for senior leadership engagements and announcements.

At Credit Suisse AG, I led the Culture workstream for the UBS–Credit Suisse merger, advising on change management strategy and stakeholder alignment. I also delivered executive briefings, talking points, and town halls for audiences of up to 25,000 employees.

At Mondelēz International, I led change activation and stakeholder readiness for a European HR digital transformation using Workday. I also managed a global compliance training program and supported culture, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
