I’m a results-driven Ecommerce & Digital Strategy Executive with 15+ years leading B2B and B2C growth strategies across Latin America. I combine ecommerce platform implementation, P&L ownership, omnichannel retail, and digital marketing to deliver revenue outcomes and operational momentum.

Most recently as General Manager, I led the development and stabilization of a social marketplace platform in Colombia, executing go-live in under 2 months. I owned a COP $1.2B budget (with COP $25M monthly tech oversight), negotiated payment gateway agreements with a 0.4% fee reduction, integrated ODOO, and built AI-powered WhatsApp conversational flows to improve customer engagement.

Earlier, I scaled ecommerce channels and partner ecosystems—growing digital channel revenue (18% in 2021, 16% in 2022) while launching and expanding operations to Peru and Guatemala. I’ve also structured the VTEX Partner Program for North Latin America, led Shopify operations with KPI dashboards in HubSpot, and strengthened conversion and cost efficiency through strategic alliances and hands-on team leadership.
