I’m a results-driven Ecommerce & Digital Strategy Executive with 15+ years leading B2B and B2C growth strategies across Latin America. I combine ecommerce platform implementation, P&L ownership, omnichannel retail, and digital marketing to deliver revenue outcomes and operational momentum.
Most recently as General Manager, I led the development and stabilization of a social marketplace platform in Colombia, executing go-live in under 2 months. I owned a COP $1.2B budget (with COP $25M monthly tech oversight), negotiated payment gateway agreements with a 0.4% fee reduction, integrated ODOO, and built AI-powered WhatsApp conversational flows to improve customer engagement.
Earlier, I scaled ecommerce channels and partner ecosystems—growing digital channel revenue (18% in 2021, 16% in 2022) while launching and expanding operations to Peru and Guatemala.
