I currently support Mercado Libre customers through Konecta, managing Spanish-English inquiries involving orders, deliveries, refunds, documentation, follow-up, and escalations.

Previously, I assisted U.S.-based shipping customers by phone, email, and chat, handling package tracking, delayed, lost, and damaged deliveries, claims, refunds, and reshipments. I document cases accurately in CRM, internal platforms, and Excel while working toward service metrics.

My legal academic practice at Universidad Católica de Colombia has strengthened my ability to research, review contracts and case documentation, organize files, and handle confidential information carefully.

I'm interested in international roles where I can use English daily while combining customer care, structured problem-solving, document review, and clear communication.
