At Cority, I directed project managers and consultants migrating clients from Cohort and Enviance Ergo to CorityOne. These migrations had projected retention rates of 96% and 87%, with a combined $6.8M in revenue.

Earlier, I delivered implementation and project management work across healthcare, education, retail, and IT service management. At Intrafinity, I managed SharpSchool deployments that launched more than 50 websites within 10 weeks; at West Interactive services (Formally Intrafinity), I introduced LEAN Six Sigma methods to standardize project delivery.
