At NetDynamic Inc., I led professional services delivery and consulting operations for a NetSuite Alliance Partner. I founded the Business Engagement function to support client success and retention, and standardized implementation playbooks that reduced time to value by 20%.

At BRIQ, I managed a distributed professional services team of 14 across North America and India. I oversaw financial and construction technology implementations, including integrations with ERP and project management platforms, and contributed to launching a Customer Success team.
