Salvaged a NetSuite Implementation and successfully went live in Finance and Projects within the Healthcare sector. Led a consulting team that successfully handled integrations with JIRA, HubSpot, and Dayforce.

Spearheaded a multimillion-dollar initiative to implement NetSuite in Canada and the US for a client in the food manufacturing space. Provided strategic input in project design (waterfall and agile models), change management, and cost & timeline optimization.

Led a $1.8 Million initiative to implement Dayforce (Ceridian Product) HCM Suite, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Suite, and Recruitment modules. Managed client-side project and account management, executing predefined organizational goals in association with Executives/Sponsors.
