I’m a community-focused professional with a proven background in LGBTQ+ community leadership, sponsorships development, and ethical community engagement. As an Associate Board Member / Sponsorships & Major Gifts Officer for Long Beach Pride, I advance equity through board-level leadership and community partnerships, including major-gifts outreach and collaboration across nonprofit, civic, and private-sector stakeholders. Before board-level fundraising, I built people-centered operations expertise through security, HR, and DEI work. As a Security Operations Officer / Human Trafficking Lead at Hyatt Regency Long Beach, I trained associates to recognize red flags, de-escalated disturbances, and maintained victim-centered confidentiality while managing incident reports and SOPs.
