What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven inclusion and culture leader with a strong foundation in change management, program design, and organizational development. I translate strategy into scalable, executable initiatives that embed inclusion into daily business operations.
I partner with senior HR and business leaders to co-design inclusion-centered performance management initiatives and build inclusive learning curricula. I drive culture transformation across complex organizations while measuring impact through data-informed programs and stakeholder collaboration.
In my roles, I spearheaded large-scale organizational change initiatives, directed operations with performance metrics and quality standards, and managed workforce planning and talent acquisition—from job postings through onboarding. I also led the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, designing and executing inclusion training programs, tracking engagement metrics, and cultivating corporate partnerships.
Earlier in my career, I supported IT infrastructure and operational continuity by launching and setting up in-house and remote data centers and facilitating corporate partnerships.
