@kellypanfil
I build inclusive healthcare talent pipelines through full-cycle recruitment and community partnerships.
What I'm looking for
At Northwestern Medicine, I lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level, ancillary, non-exempt, and union roles while building community partnerships that strengthen inclusive hiring pipelines.
I previously supported campus recruitment at Northwestern Medicine, coordinating career events, sourcing and screening candidates, supporting internship hiring, onboarding, executive referrals, and SmartRecruiters outreach campaigns.
My background also includes real estate transaction coordination, client services, education sales support, and airport security. Across these roles, I’ve built strong communication, organization, candidate assessment, compliance, and problem-solving skills—and I enjoy helping people find the right fit.
