I am an experienced account management and product leader with 25 years in the gaming industry, delivering client-facing solutions and driving team engagement. I combine hands-on technical knowledge with commercial acumen to solve problems and remove blockers.

I have built and maintained strong B2B client relationships, acted as the client's voice internally, and driven upsell and retention through strategic engagement. I led product roadmaps, oversaw full product lifecycles, and managed rebrands across multiple brands and markets.

On the technical side, I have led engineering teams, managed large-scale rollouts and deployments, and supervised QA, firmware and hardware testing for thousands of terminals. I have managed incident response, version control and regulatory certification processes across multiple jurisdictions.
