What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a target-driven SaaS sales role where I can deliver fast, SLA-aligned customer solutions, run consultative inbound selling, grow accounts with upsell/cross-sell, and collaborate with internal teams to exceed customer expectations.

I’m a results-driven Inbound Sales Executive and SaaS & Customer Solutions Specialist with experience managing inbound customer requests, quotations, and account queries for existing and prospective clients.

I build strong customer relationships through professional, consultative engagement—handling inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining high service levels through consistent telephone and email communication.

In my recent role, I prepared accurate quotations aligned to customer requirements, identified upselling and cross-selling opportunities, processed orders, and followed up on quotations and payments. I also worked closely with account managers to implement proactive sales strategies and grow customer accounts while meeting turnaround times and SLA requirements.

Before that, I supported sales administration and customer service in fast-paced, target-driven environments, including handling tender-related processes, Microsoft licensing solutions, and out-of-warranty repair communication as a Technical Administrator. I bring strong administrative capability, communication, and problem-solving to every customer conversation.
