What I'm looking for

I’m transitioning into Artificial Intelligence and want to apply AI to automate support, analyze logs, and optimize processes.

At Colégio Silvio Gonzalez, I manage service desk incidents and support systems, networks, and equipment for staff and students in an educational environment. I also help document IT processes and work with teaching and administrative teams on technology solutions.

I'm currently studying IA Engineering at Impacta Tecnologia and building knowledge in Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, and LLMs. I’m interested in applying AI to support automation, log analysis, and process optimization.
