Busco oportunidades remotas em avaliação e treinamento de IA, AI Quality Assurance, testes de LLMs e agentes conversacionais, criação de prompts e rubricas e anotação de dados. Também considero estágio em IA e funções de suporte ou infraestrutura com IA, Linux e automação.

Audito agentes conversacionais de atendimento e SDR por meio de testes adversariais, simulando jornadas reais de clientes pela interface pública de chat e WhatsApp. Crio prompts e rubricas, classifico falhas e documento evidências de alucinações, contradições, perda de contexto e riscos comerciais.

Na SECITEC de Beberibe, atuei em suporte avançado, infraestrutura e segurança da informação. Elaborei diagnósticos da infraestrutura física e lógica, documentando vulnerabilidades e recomendações para rede, acessos, backups, contingência e governança de TI.

Trago mais de 30 anos em suporte técnico, Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, redes e atendimento ao usuário. Estou direcionando minha carreira para avaliação, treinamento e qualidade de IA aplicada.
