I'm delivering bilingual L1/L2 support at Engemon IT for Revvity, resolving enterprise incidents across Brazil while collaborating with international N2/N3 teams under SLA targets.
I administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and Entra ID environments, supporting account provisioning, MFA, access reviews, onboarding, offboarding, and endpoint provisioning. I've also troubleshot Azure VPN and Cisco VPN connectivity, Teams and OneDrive issues, and SAP access requests.
Previously at NEORIS and Sonda Procwork Informática, I supported enterprise systems, Windows Server environments, software QA, patch validation, remote desktop troubleshooting, and incident queues.
