I’m an IT Support Analyst with hands-on experience across technical support, infrastructure, cloud, and large-scale corporate environments. I’ve worked in multinational settings in the energy and financial sectors, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and endpoint management.

In my current role at Yinson Production, I manage IT support for the office, logistics bases, and three offshore units (FPSOs). I run daily operations in Azure (Microsoft Admin Center, Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft 365 licensing and email accounts) and oversee Intune MDM workflows including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration, and lifecycle control.

I also own critical infrastructure components: Cisco Meraki networking (switches, VLANs, monitoring, troubleshooting), Dell servers on Windows Server/Active Directory, and VMware-based virtualized services on Linux. I administer Palo Alto firewalls for domain and corporate protection and deploy Microsoft Connected Cache (MCC) to reduce bandwidth usage over Starlink links for 60+ Windows clients.

I bring automation and clarity to the team by building solutions with Power Automate and Power Apps, plus PowerShell and WinForms tools to streamline troubleshooting. I document processes in Confluence and support end users during offshore visits, while also maintaining corporate video conferencing systems.
