I’m looking to lead high-growth ventures where I can shape strategy, drive fundraising and investor relations, and strengthen operational excellence through cross-functional execution.

I have over 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, and executive advisory roles within startups and top-tier consulting across Europe and North-America. I bring a proven track record in venture building, fundraising, and driving organizational transformations.

Since January 2024, I’ve been Managing Director at Steap, leading strategy and growth for a new wave soda startup.

Before that, as Chief of Staff at PartsCloud (June 2022 to January 2025), I helped raise over €6M from angel and institutional investors while driving investor relations. I tackled operational and strategic challenges, led the implementation of strategic initiatives, and owned financial planning. I also led cross-functional teams across late-stage sales process, organizational development, operational excellence, and complex projects.

Earlier, I worked at McKinsey & Company (June 2020 to January 2022), conducting strategic due diligence on 5+ investment targets and managing cross-functional projects across go-to-market, operational excellence, and technology transformations. I prepared and presented high-impact management memos and presentations to C-level executives to drive alignment, and I started my career as a Mobile Manager & Business Developer at DiscoEat, analyzing booking behavior and optimizing marketing to increase app installations and conversion.
