I’m a Public Affairs Specialist/Analyst/Consultant focused on advising clients through complex legislative and regulatory environments. Since becoming Chief Solutions Officer at Dynamis Consulting, I’ve advised public and private sector clients across 8 countries, aligning public affairs strategy with stakeholder engagement and policy realities.

I draft policy briefs, position papers, and stakeholder communications for clients navigating the US, EU, and Latin America. I also led public affairs research for the launch of a digital bank in Argentina (Wilobank), mapping government policy attitudes and regulatory risks that directly shaped product design and go-to-market strategy.

My work blends policy fluency with execution: I’ve built relationships with senior public officials across jurisdictions, and developed public affairs strategies for gubernatorial and mayoral campaigns, including a decisive victory (Schiaretti 2019, Córdoba, Argentina). Earlier, as General Coordinator for the Buenos Aires City Government, I managed educational programs end-to-end and served as a primary liaison with key stakeholders to maximize impact.
