Christian Höy
@christianhoy
Public policy consultant specializing in legislative writing, strategic editing, and high-impact institutional communication.
What I'm looking for
I’m a public policy consultant and political scientist with 30+ years of experience in legislative matters, communication (political and institutional), and the development of public policies. I specialize in legislative drafting, strategic editing, and high-level advisory work for governments, international organizations, and executive profiles.
I was selected as a Fulbright Senior Fellow by the American Political Science Association to work in the U.S. Senate and Johns Hopkins SAIS. Across my roles, I’ve proven my ability to transform complex agendas into documents, narratives, and policies that generate real institutional impact.
Today, I focus on advising and producing policy and institutional deliverables, including confidential ghostwriting for decision-makers, while evaluating the quality and coherence of AI-generated content (Spanish/English) through bias and inconsistency detection. I also bring a strong foundation in political and institutional analysis, governance consulting, and teaching/research in university settings.
