I seek a role that values collaboration and innovation, focusing on impactful public policy and economic development.

I am an economist with extensive experience in project design, implementation, and management within large multilateral organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank, World Bank, and various United Nations agencies. My work has primarily focused on labor markets, where I have successfully led multidisciplinary teams to develop impactful public policies and programs.

Throughout my career, I have authored and co-authored several publications on public policy and labor market issues, showcasing my ability to analyze complex data and provide strategic insights. My recent role as a Senior External Consultant at the IADB involved designing a Labor Market Information System for Ecuador, which significantly enhanced the Ministry of Labor's capacity to assess labor market performance and inform policy decisions.

I am passionate about fostering economic development and improving labor market outcomes, particularly for vulnerable populations. My bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, along with fluency in Italian, allows me to communicate effectively in diverse environments, further enhancing my ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various sectors.
