What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote roles in IT Operations, Service Delivery, or Systems Administration where I can own SLAs, improve incident-to-resolution workflows, lead secure systems audits and upgrades, and deliver dependable service using Agile and ITIL.

I’m a remote-ready IT Support & Systems Manager with 6+ years of experience leading L1–L3 service teams, ensuring enterprise system reliability, and strengthening IT governance. I own SLA performance, escalations, and root-cause analysis, while directing Agile delivery of system upgrades, new developments, and infrastructure improvements.

I manage budgets, procurement cycles, vendor and contract relationships, and executive reporting through monthly MANCO briefs. I also lead security audits and vulnerability mitigation, drive disaster-recovery readiness through backups and DR processes, and coordinate system audits and modernization initiatives across departments and stakeholders.
