What I'm looking for

I’m interested in supporting Ricaris with courteous inbound-call assistance, accurate interaction records, and dependable communication.

In a family-owned retail business, I handled customer enquiries in person and through phone and WhatsApp, sharing clear information about products and orders. I also received payments and tracked sales and money accurately.
